We schedule dedicated time at your facility each month. Your consultant handles travel arrangements. We recommend booking 2-3 months ahead for preferred dates.
What if I need more onsite time in a critical month?
Additional onsite days can be scheduled. Many clients use this option during audit season. We'll discuss flexible options during your consultation.
Can my consultant represent us in customer audits?
They can support and advise during customer audits, but for full representation, Quality Complete is recommended. Some customers specifically require your own employee to participate.
